To be honest, will not return for services at Shear Escape.My stylist was late for our first appointment. No big deal, I get the pace of this kind of work environment! But my second appointment got rescheduled two weeks before, and then cancelled the day of (5hrs before, to be exact). The salon was unable to rebook me with another stylist that day, or for the next three days. Regardless, I booked this appointment 2 months in advance, with vacation plans the next week. Seriously unimpressed, will not return or recommend due to issues with professionalism.
Did not get any thing done as they did not have any openings. They did however recommend another spa, which did have space for me. This is the type of business that I would go back to. Thank you for being a generous and caring business.
I love the atmosphere of this salon! I recommed seeing Hayley Robinson. Shes friendly, talkative and consistent in her stylings. Cant wait for my next appointment!
I am never ever coming back to this salon ever again! Yes the place was great but they gave me a stylist who has shakey hands and doesnt know how to cut. First, I wasnt able to get the style that I want. Plus! my left side was shorter than my right side. He purposely curled my hair at the salon so I wouldnt notice what he did. Wasnt able to come back because it was my flight that night going to the US and I only noticed it after I showered. What a waste of time and money!!!
Wonderful experience to have appts here/hair/ mani & pedi/ great atmosphere and wonderful staff to interact with!!
