Location in the south of the city is convenient for me and the hours that they are opened helps alot. Can always count of them to provide me with information I need to make an informed decision on my insurance policies when needed.
Fast, Friendly, Competent.I visited this location of Galon insurance to obtain rental insurance and car insurance. Though I can't remember her name, The lady who helped me with rental insurance was very efficient and transparent when it came to coverage and costs. The transaction went seamlessly. The car insurance was difficult for me to get as my car is from out of province and passing the vehicle inspections proved to be more challenging than i had hoped. For car insurance I was helped by Alerica and Taesha, which were kind enough to recommend me to an excellent mechanic. They made a number of suggestions on how obtain the insurance, instructing me on how to acquire the paperwork and get the inspections done while trying to minimize my costs.Everyone who works here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do. I am very grateful for the help, and I will definitely return for future insurance needs.Thanks again guys
