Greeted at the door. place was clean, 7 washers and 4 dryers available for our laundry. More than dozen washers and 8 large dryers available. offered quarters for the machines 1.75 for wash and 1.00 for dry. Offered helpful tips to save time and money . Bring own soap and fabric softeners. Don't know about the complaints. I thought this was great and cheaper than other locations.

I had the joy of my washing machine breaking down righ after craven!!! I say joy because I found Kim Le laundromat!!!! I walked in and asked her how to do it she explained and BAM off I went!!!! It was $1.75 per load to wash and it took about 20-30 mins and $1.00 for 20 mins of drying. I was also lucky enough to have gotten there first thing and no one else was there. I did 16 yes 16 loads of laundry washed and dried in an hour and a half that included filling them up AND taking them to my car!!!!!! I may never do laundry at home again....lol!!!! They even had a machine I could do a big quilt in fr $3.00...well worth the money!!! I would never hesitate to go here again!!! She was so much fun! We even high fived!!!!
She tries to rip you off by making you split your laundry into tiny loads. She comes and checks the laundry machines with your clothes in them. I get it, some people will try and pack a machine to save money, but any decent machine can handle a small duffle full of laundry.
Older machines use quarters. Inexpensive place to do laundry and the proprietor is helpful.
