Staff completely doesn't know what they are doing. So here's advice be Proactive and do most admin stuff yourself.
Used them a couple time for mortgage paperwork over the years. Great to deal with and had no delays or concerns. Very professional.

Tried to do a simple name addition to a title. 4 months later and 2 times filing because of mistakes made by the lawyers office we finally get the paper work due to our own persistence. Land Titles said it should have been a 10 day process?? And when I ask why I have to pay for their mistakes and for a reduction of the bill for the slow service I get attitude from the secretary and an astounding NO! and directed to bring it up to someone that was on holidays. What good service and client relations. Not much I can do but state my opinion about it and choose not to use this firm in the future.
