I have been here a number of times. It is clean and the staff are friendly. They have a large selection of second hand goods for sale. I have no complaints. I would invite you to check it out for yourself and not read too much into the negative reviews as they may come with the territory. And note that the owner responds to many of the reviews unlike many other business owners out there. Keep up the great service!

Ignore the good reviews because they're bogus!This place totally sucks and they don't give you a fair amount of money for items that you are selling. I tried to sell 20 DVDs of hard to get films and a T.V. series and they offered me a offensive amount of $20 for the whole stack. Regardless the value of a DVD the movies and the T.V. series was worth 10 times what they offered me and they refuse to haggle for a better deal. Plus the staff are so inconsiderate they insulted me for no good reason so I left.
Prices on most games are quite high, some are ridiculous. Several times ive had to return them because of scratches and inability to play after a certain point. I was quite surprised with the horrible gouges/scratches on many games/dvd/blu rays ect. And upon return i got charged $1 off of the return for the few days i had them. All i wanted was an exchange for a working game. For ppl who work full time its not always easy to test out 5 games within 24hrs. I understand the company not wanting to get taken advantage of, but at the same time it would be nice if i was recognized as a loyal and regular customer. Well after today ill be buying elsewhere.
Extremely rude staff when I visited today. The man at one of the counters rolled his eyes, was constantly chewing gum loudly and just having a very poor attitude in general. Absolutely the worst 2nd hand store in the city.
