I have been using Towers Pharmacy for many years. All the staff are great and the pharmacists always take the time to ensure you know the medications you are taking and take the time to ask how things are going or have concerns. This is the best pharmacy in the city and I highly recommend using Towers Pharmacy.
The staff at towers pharmacy are pleasant, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. They are exceptionally meticulous when filling prescriptions. They take their time to consult with you making sure that your needs are met, and that there are no contraindications due to mixing of medications that would be dangerous for their clients. My family and I are greatful to Kimberly and staff for providing us with proper knowledge about the medications prescribed for us. I wouldnt trust anyone else! Our doctor is in the South end of the city. Its worth the drive. I also believe that they deliver anywhere in the city. Thank you Kimberley and staff!
I have been dealing with Kimberly and her amazing staff since 2004. My medical condition, as far as medications, put me into an area where I had no idea of the complexity - which could have been life altering. By chance and convenience, I chose Towers to fill a prescription. I was very fortunate to have been greeted by Pharmasist Kimberly who took the time to thoroughly go over my meds and discuss my prescription needs. The communication between Kimberly and myself has shown her compassion and that she truly does care. Whenever my family or myself go to the pharmacy we are greeted and treated by the entire staff in the same manner. In all of my years dealing with Towers, I have yet to see other patrons being treated any differently. Anyone who cares about their health and what medications they are putting into their body needs to partner and trust in the pharmacy they choose. I feel Towers and its staff has totally met my needs. The PharmaChoice Prescription to Go App that Towers subscribes to is flawless and easy to use. I Love It!!!On a side note....I am shocked to see that there could possibly be a negative review against this pharmacy.
I try very hard to avoid this place as they take way to long to fill prescriptions, they will say 45 minutes and it ended up being 2.5 hours. I understand places get busy but be honest about it so people dont have to waste their time.
This is the best pharmacy to go to, hands down fastest service! The pharmacists are knowledgble, professional and approachable as well as other staff. I Would highly recommend going here! ( I live in the East end of town and go here regularly because Kimberly always takes her time going through the prescribed medications with me. I know my overall health and safety are number one priority when I use this pharmacy.
