Courtside staff are professional and courteous. I have had an extremely positive experience with physio therapist Jennifer Butz. She took the time to understand my injury and my goals and set a path of how to achieve this. She takes the time to understand as well as to explain the process etc. She is warm, caring and has been dedicated to my progress. I, without hesitation, have and continue to recommend her.
I have been at Courtside for a couple different injuries, most recently a lower back issue. Between Lee at the main location and Kelly at the Level 10 location, they have help me to go from needing back surgery to the best shape i have been in my life! Thank you all at Courside!
I have had great experiences at Courtside Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation. The staff at courtside including all physical therapists, exercise therapists, massage therapist, occupational therapists, chiropractors, psychologists, and administrative staff are very welcoming, enthusiastic, and motivating. The team approach taken by the staff is appreciated by patients. There is a strong diversity in terms of training and specialization among the therapists. I would highly recommend this clinic to others.
I wanted to write about my experience with Jennifer Butz at Courtside. She is the most positive, reassuring (physiotherapist) person I have ever met. My injury has been a long, painful journey and I have had to endure many specialists that gave up on me, Jennifer never did! Every step of the way and continuing on to this day, she has been a God send! When I get down, she brings me back up, keeps me focused on healing and staying strong. She has seen me through many disappointments only to encourage me to continue to get through this. When I had surgery, she made me focus on reaching goals. She has always believed in me and my injury, when many "specialists" gave me discouraging diagnosis'.She explained every report, every test, every aspect of comp and their protocols, she made it easy to understand and I never felt "lost".To have someone like Jennifer go above and beyond as much as she has, gives me the courage and strength to be that tough cookie.I trust her so much, that I have even let her convince me to do acupuncture, something I never thought I would approve of, and again, because of her kindness and compassion, I am getting relief. Jennifer works hard for her patients because she really cares about what she is doing and finds ways to help when others don't. To her, I know I am not a claim number and I have never felt that way. She treats me like it's not a job, but something she loves to do, she genuinely loves to help people. I like that she understands me and what I'm going through. I love that she doesn't brush things off as not important. I love that she makes me push through so I can get through each day. When I was getting disappointing reports, she never said, oh well, this is as good as it gets, quite the contrary, she fought hard for me. Courtside is very lucky to have Jennifer! I'm very lucky to have Jennifer. Not a day goes by that I quietly thank God for Jennifer, because I really don't know where I would be right now without her caring, compassionate treatments.
