They didnt even try to deliver the parcel, they just put a delivery notice in the mailbox when I was there.Service is getting absolutely ridiculous.
I spoke with Lindsay and she was pleasant and very professional. She helped me with my issue and I felt satisfied with the customer service I received from her. (This was service I received over the phone). Keep up the great work Lindsay!!!
They purposely ignore the phone, every minute of the day it's busy and you will never get off hold. The woman who works at the office has such a terrible attitude , she will also never give you your mail the day it arrives. You have to come there daily and write down your name and number just to be able to pick up mail the next day.... Backwards system and rude service, mails is always late the mail refuse service to anyone with a pitbull

Not even worth my 1 STAR. It should be NEGATIVE STAR!If you want a reliable service, Canada Post is not the answer. Choose faster service like Fedex/UPS. Other courier service other than Canada POST. The reasons are as follows:1) PRIORITY MAIL NOT A PRIORITY--- I asked why my parcel was delayed even if i used PRIORITY mail which is supposed to be 1 business day only. I paid a lot of money so my paper application can get on time, but then.... it did not arrive 1 business day! I paid PRIORITY MAIL which is 1 business day. I sent my parcel on TUESDAY and until now...FRIDAY, it has not arrived (as of this writing)! I asked why is it a PRIORITY mail if it is not a PRIORITY?????!!!!! There is another option of xpress which is 1-2 business days which is cheaper, but i did not go that route because I want my parcel to arrive faster! Why would i pay a lot if it would arrive same time as the 1-2 business days!!!! that is insane!!!!2) I was told that they use FEDEX if it is PRIORITY mail and so I was transferred to FEDEX to track my package. THIS IS A LIE!!! That employee should be sued for telling false information. My package is local (within Canada) and not FEDEX world!!!!!3) VERY VERY RUDE customer service (phone). 4) I WILL NEVER USE CANADA POST AGAIN !!!!!!
