The first time I had assumed that he had possibly lost the email chain I had sent, but after the second time explaining the details of my company and my commercial requirements, the contact ended the very same. I am absolutely understanding of not wanting to lease to a company or individual for almost any reason, but outright disregarding a conversation is terribly unprofessional, especially when representing a company.
