Optimum Roofing did the roof on our place 2 years ago when it was built. We discovered a small leak during the last rainstorm. Turns out the plumbing company may have disturbed the seal around the plumbing vent that penetrates the roof. Optimum roofing employees came out to our place 2 days after being called, and made the repairs FOR FREE two years after the initial build. Pretty good customer service if you ask me!
I could not have asked for better service and workmanship from Brenden and his crew. Discovered a small leak during a heavy rain on Friday night. Brenden had a look on Saturday morning and provided an estimate. Called him on the following Tuesday afternoon and his crew re shingled my house on Wednesday afternoon. That type of service and care was greatly appreciated.The quality of work and cleanup was exceptional. My experience with Optimum Roofing could not have been better. I would highly recommend !
We are very satisfied with the quality of work done by Optimum roofing. The job was scheduled, completed (in one day), cleaned-up and inspected in a timely manner. Our yard was left nice and neat and the workers very courteous.
