Value village was way over priced for second hand goods that are donated in the first place! Smh
Nice addition to the city and great way for a local business to get started or their name out there. Needs more promotion to keep the crowds coming.

Down at heel small mall grafted on to former Eaton's department store. Sears bargain store closed here about 2016 and the resulting hole has seen some of the few stores left leave. The bookstore is decent if almost entirely used stock. Friendly staff is quite knowledgeable and helpful. Mall as a whole depends mostly on traffic for Value Village. Recent 'market' addition has produced very mixed results in terms of businesses present. As others have mentioned a distinct flea market air.
