Abysmal and incompetent customer service.
I asked for some help locating the grave site of a relative as I wanted to lay some flowers.Instead of just giving me some simple directions a guy in a suit walked me here and there, this way and that way, pretending to have hard time finding the grave- all the while trying to sell me a plot! Extremely gross, insensitive behaviour.
The website can do with a little fine tuning. Extremely difficult to search for locations of plots to anyone in their cemetery. However, their funeral services are top notch.
