They helped us immensely through this very difficult experience. Very professional and great at what they do. Allowed us to personalize the service.The only thing that can be improved upon is the video recording of the service. They seemed to use the camera's microphone for sound, when really it should have been connected to the microphone on the podium. It was difficult to hear anybody and it did not pick up the more soft-spoken speakers at all. A bit disappointing.
Speers funeral homes will write fake obituaries for anybody. They do not require a death certificate!
Walked in to lee funeral home today... Walk in behind a native couple... We sat down waited to be served the lady and man were walking back and forth infront of us...we sat their patiently waiting to be served....i finally had to say ... We would like to be served and the man assumed that we were with people who were there for a thorne lady who had passed. I said no we r here for sylvia bigsky... I asked him we would like to see our loved one.... He straight out and said NO..... They arent any clothes for her yet... I told him we still wanted to see her natural state before being done up... He said.... no it aint gonna happen... I dont beleive he should talk to customers in that way or tone he used..... Very unproffesional... Then i said okay then we here to do the cards... He said we wont be having no cards cuz he doesnt have anybody to do it on weekends nor will he be calling anybody... No accomidation at all....he was rude.... He really sucked at his job absolutely no people skills....sure does not know how to talk to greiving customers... We were mortified to have bein treated so badly... I called up speers told him our situation... Asked if they would help us and bang.... It happened in 15 minutes we were over at speers.... We met with a assume lady whose name was bonnie.. Felt very comfortable they were very welcoming very proffesssional... Accomidated and they looked so busy and yet they fit us in.... I am so grateful for speers.... Never go to lee ever again and im gonna make sure to spread the word.... Thank you so much bonnie at speers she had it all done for us in no time just awsome....to yhis day... No apology.... Absolutely nothing from them... We use to deal with lee funeral home... But never go there ever again...
