They get only ONE star because I can't go any lower. When they tell you that thier furniture has a lifetime warranty, don't believe them. Just today I picked up four chairs that I had regluded as they became loose over the years. When I picked them up, the owners were expecting me to pay $67.00. The charge was supposible for the glue/labour used to reglue the chairs. I asked why the charge? I was told it was because it was the second time that I have had the chairs reglued. Since when does a lifetime warranty end after the first time something is repaired? I got the four chairs back. They, so far look to have been repaired correctly. I didn't pay anything as they voided the bill. The last thing I will say is, the person who voided the bill, should work on her attitude. As when my son and I were walking away, we both could hear her mubuling to herself. I won't write down what she said, as people of any age can read this comment.
