Seldom disappointed when I shop here. Usually can find someone knowledgeable about the product who can help solve your problem. Today I was referred here by a locksmith who said this is the place to find the lock part I needed, & he was right. It was not clear to me that part was the one I needed but the salesman showed me it was adaptable for use in two different applications. WIN!
This place has the best customer service. Employees inside are always willing to help to find anything.
I unfortunately would not suggest ordering online from Home Hardware. Easy to order but something that should be stated before ordering is that someone else (another company) handles the orders! It gives you a link to check the status of the order & sadly that doesnt work. Several attempts calling the store with them advising they arent able to do anything as someone else handles the online orders.. Like what? First experience with home hardware and it was a bad one. I will stick to Home Depot next time!

Came in looked around man asked if needed help finding something. Took got me everything I needed all done within 15 minutes of being there. Compared to the time wasted at Canadian tire and Lowe's yesterday I know where I will be going from now on
