What a great place to shop. An amazingly clean store with well stocked shelves. Very easy to locate what you are looking for. The staff are friendly, personable and very efficient. It was a pleasure shopping there.
I like buying my tools here because I am a coop member. Although some of their tools are just not worth buying because they cost too much. But I definitely prefer buying my tools here so it adds to the year end equity check that coop sends to its members.
What amazing staff!! Everyone I spoke to from the receptionist to the management were all smiles and super friendly. They were very helpful and had a strong culture of excellent customer service :)
We purchased a deck kit and the service was top notch. The sales person took the time to go through all the options and the delivery man carried everything by hand to the area we wanted and was thoughtful to bring the the smaller pieces inside. Highly recommend.
Great customer service but I was a little surprised to see lack of organization in their lumber yard! I was there for materials to build a gate and fence, fencing boards were in 1 spot, 44 posts and 2x4's were in completely different areas of the yard! To me it would make more send a to keep all of it together in 1 section of the yard
