I started bringing my dog here when another groomer wouldn't finish my pup. On the way home with a half groomed dog I called Zoom Zoom to see if they could help me and finish his groom. They said yes and to bring him over right away. I have been going there ever since. They are helpful and professional and they treat my dogs well.
I've taken my cats there for the past 3 years, mostly for claw trimming, but also for some grooming. The cats don't particularly enjoy the car ride but do very well at the clinic. Claws are trimmed effortlessly and painlessly. Excellent! Very kind staff.
Such a wonderful place to take our cats! The staff is amazing, the place is super clean & my kitties come back looking like royalty! Best place to take your pet!
These guys messed up royally and refused to accept responsibilty for their mistake. Then to add insult to injury as well as further prove their lack of professionalism, they deleted our comments from their facebook page and then disabled the comment option. A truly great business does not try to censor their comments, they listen and try to do better. Shame on you Zoom Zoom!!!
