Great place. They take good care of my pets
I have been going to this clinic for 15 years with my cats. They have always been compassionate and caring of my animals regardless of whom i see. Everyone that works there whether its the receptionist, the techs at the back or any of the vets are all very knowledgeable. I love this clinic !
We have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ulmer and Dr. Potts for many years now, we specifically worked with Dr. Ulmer as our beloved cat aged and came up against serious health issues, she was there with him as he took his last breath, she provided our family as well with care and comfort during these difficult times. She has also been with us as we welcomed our new family kitten into our home. She is an honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair Veterinarian. She used her extensive knowledge of modern veterinarian medicine as well as her knowledge of nutrition and acupuncture to come up with a successful treatment plan for our dog. The entire staff at the WAH will not disappoint, they continue to go above and beyond whether you are picking up food or going over medications. They are there to listen and assist every time you are in, no matter who you deal with the staff are all knowledgeable and caring, a very consistent team. The WAH facility is a great facility whether you are bording your pet or are in for an appointment, a very clean and modern facility with the latest technologies. You will not be disappointed, we highly recommend this team and this clinic!
Dr Potts was very understanding of our financial concern with a possible high vet bill for our injured cat. Kept our fees down by doing just what was necessary at the time, by holding off on yearly examination and shots.
Had a terrific first visit with my new puppy.Staff and technicians were helpful and great to deal with. Dr. Potts spent lots of time answering my questions and getting to know my dog. Great to feel like the people looking after my dog's health care about me AND my pet!!
