It's like I found another family. A fitness community like no other. Much more than pole dancing. Yoga hammock, stretch, cardio and they even accept males into their classes. An empowering and comfortable place to be.
Been here to watch my niece in her aerial fitness classes. She absolutely loves coming here. The instructors are super helpful, and very patient from what I've seen.

This is an awesome studio! They have a lot of poles (spin/static), large mirrors, everything you could possibly need for stretching (yoga mats, blocks, straps, rubberbanditz, balls - the list goes on) - and more. The instructors are great as well - 10/10 would recommend.
