I love the golden mile location. great facility, friendly staff. Except today I tried to get a receipt for my membership payments, it could take up to 27 days to receive it, this was after waiting 2 hours for a call back.. I would be out of business real quick if I offered customer service like that.
Good staff and clean facility. I wish they had the same standards and same hours as the east branch.Things I would love to see improvements on: -The limited hours on the weekends. -jet water fountains like the east location. -hydro massage machine.-steam room.-wifiConsidering some of these features are standard for the cheaper gyms, goodlife has to pick its game in tge south.
I go to university here and usually go to the university gym. My friend told me to come with him and I did but was worried it was going to be expensive. I showed up and asked them how much it would be. They then replied with it is 15$ for 2 weeks. This is an amazing rate due to this being a really nice gym. I then went on to getting a 3 month membership. The rates are great for what you are receiving. The gym's layout is extremely nice and you can tell the layout has been thought about many times. The cardio is up top and the weights are down below. In the mid section there is a nice large open space for you to practice whatever you desire. There are several personal trainers on site ready to assist you with your working out needs. You do need to pay for them to give you a session but I'm very sure if you were to ask them a quick question, they would happily answer you. There are massage chairs at your disposal along with saunas. The sauna was a really nice final touch to the end of the workout. There are also large showers for you to use at any time. There was never a lack of showers and there was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the walls to use for free.
The layout is amazing. Its a really warm and welcoming gym. Very clean, and the machines are great quality. Staff is friendly and overall its in a good location. Parking lot is a bit of a mess because of superstore, but other than that, 5 stars.
Highly disappointing and completely ripped of service. Noone know how to setup a corporate account or swap a regular account into a corporate one. Was member for 2 year but leaving today.
