The receptionist messed up not only my scheduling time for an ultrasound but the province too, she booked me for 8:50 in ALBERTA. When my doctor had it written down for 9:30 in Regina. So they refused to do my ultrasound even though they messed up.EDIT: They called me a few hours later and booked me in for Nov/21/17 Very pleased and the man I talked to was extremely kind and thoughtful about my what happened!

Don't even bother with this clinic. Go to Open Skies. I have waited over 3 weeks to hear from this clinic to both get a quote and book a private MRI. I was able to book with Open Skies within a couple days of sending them my MRI requisition and my appointment was less than a week later. Brutal service considering the thousands of dollars being paid to have a private MRI done.

I called to book an appointment and got in the next day. Awesome service and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant. So far, I've been at Mayfair Diagnostics 4 times: at 6, 9, 12 and 20 weeks. Only 2 of my appointments (weeks 9 and 12) went well. However, it is the last one that got me really upset; hence, this review. I was not advised that the appointment would take an hour, even though I called prior to double check the date and time. I was taken in on time - no complaints there. The ultrasound technician was a student trainee - and again, I understand that everybody has to learn and start somewhere, so my husband and I were trying to be respectful and patient. Instead of an hour, it took an hour and a half. I didn't have lunch before the appointment - the 1L of water that I had to hold for an hour didn't leave much room for food. By the end of the appointment, I was beyond hungry. I was laying on my back for about 30 minutes (which was only a half-way point) when suddenly I started panting, my ears started ringing and the room got dark (in my eyes). I was allowed to sit up and was offered juice. Pregnant women are told not to lay on their backs and they were going to make me stay in that position for 1.5 hours?! I was hoping that once they saw that I wasn't feeling well, they would hand me over to a seasoned, experienced technician to finish things off quicker. But they didn't. Luckily, I could now be on my side for the rest of the screening. The main technician came in at the end, to take the last few pictures, including the one of the sex of the baby, which I was promised to see on the CD which they burn for their customers at the end of each appointment. Once I was discharged from the room, I waited 20 minutes to get the CD, only to find that there were only 7 seven images - with no sign of the one we were really hoping to get and send to the family to make an official announcement. I called the centre as soon as we checked out the CD but they were closing for the weekend, and promised to have the CD with the image ready for me on Monday. Today is Monday, and of course, the receptionist had no clue what I was talking about and I spent yet another 15-20 minutes just sitting there, waiting for them to prepare the CD. When she finally handed it over to me, she asked me, "Have you seen your doctor yet?" Of course, I haven't! No doctor works weekends! And what was this question even supposed to mean? Was she implying that there was something wrong (since she just returned from the room where the pictures of the ultrasound were displayed and burned on the CD) and wondering if I had yet heard the conclusions of the radiologist from my doctor? How was this any of her business? Anyway, I'm not scheduled to see my family doctor until Friday, and I'm freaking out because of her comment! I'm going to ask my family doctor to refer me to a different facility for the next ultrasound appointment. I don't think I could take another visit to this place...

My diagnostician was snotty condescending and just plain rude to me. These people can't tell the difference between fibroids, cysts and pregnancy either. Also, I'm entitled to a picture of my unborn child, I hardly think thats too much to ask
