The staff is as cold as the temperature in the building, they look angry and refuse to smile or respond to a simply good knowing or hello. I have met 3 nice staff members as well as a couple nice therapy guys in 2 1/2 weeks of daily visit, thats a very bad ratio. Very unimpressed
I am giving this hospital a low review. The paramedics and nurses are very mean and rude. There supposed to be saving life's but instead They talk mean and rude to patients. So not professional. I seen other patients get mistreated in this hospital as well. It's not nice when you see nurses talking about patients and laughing at them. They should learn how to treat patients as decent human beings. This hospital is a joke.
Cardiac surveillance ward is TOP NOTCH! Wonderful caring staff & clean large rooms. My mother was attended to with enthusiastic professionalism. RN Sheila was amazing, one of the best I've had the pleasure to meet. I'm am American, you'd be hard pressed to find better service in the USA. Thanks for taking wonderful care of my Mom & keep up the good work!
Had a framing nail shot into my leg had to wait on the er for about 3 hours before anyone got to me. If other options are available dont waste your time here
at the reception very naive nurses. because of the fact that my English is not very good - they are rude to me. waited 3 hours and somehow left home because I could not wait any longer. other people also wait a very long time with infants. it's terrible
