Great experience. We grabbed an appliance because we thought it was a great deal but when we got it to the til it came up $130 more. We asked about it and got it for the cheaper price, plus another $10 off! Very helpful and professional.
Had a flat tire on the way through Regina and only Canadian Tire was open. I tried all the other locations which wouldn't give me the time of day but the service shop at this location was happy to help me. The person at the service counter tueaday night was very friendly and made sure I was able to continue on my journey.
I have always been able to find staff to help and had friendly customer service when making returns. A 5 minute wait while they serve someone else is yet to kill me. I really like that almost always, whatever you need, CT will have an option that's on sale.
Brutal! Bought a lawnmower there at the end of May and had problems with it almost immediately. I tried to return it for a refund or exchange after only 10 uses and was given a complete runaround. First it took 20 minutes before someone helped me. That person only took 2 minutes to reject my return. ( I had my bill which made that quick) Then the manager blew me off to some seasonal worker who took 10 more minutes to talk to me. Her only advice was a verbal list of a couple repair shops in Regina. There's a reason why there are never more than 20 cars in the Canadian Tire parking lot. Terrible!
