Absolutely horrendous customer service - while some of the cashiers were sweet and smiled and made their customers feel welcome, for the most part the staff looked as if customers asking for their help were inconveniencing them. Maybe the staff need to be more mindful of the fact that they are doing a JOB and not being paid to hang around. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Robert Bailey had absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Never have I had someone completely ignore my request or refuse to help.
Couldn't even try on a pair of shoes. Went in there twice in the same day and know one would help us first time it was a little busy in the shoes department but the second time there was know one and when we went to get help the worker just ignored us. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! I rather support local businesses anyway
Terrible customer service. I have never felt so degraded shopping in any other store. If it was possible to give a minus star I would. My recommendation is to find any other outlet to spend your hard earned money. Go somewhere were they actually want your service and will give you a change room to try on multiple different winter coats and sweaters instead of just leaving you to change in the open and I quote "use the mirrors on the outside of the change room doors". I would have appreciated having a change room with hooks to hang my belongings and the stores merchandise. Privacy, Respect and Help would have been greatly appreciated in that situation. I would also like to note that there were three other customers in the whole building. Shop at any other store...Just Do It.
I was in sort check vic square mall and am absolutely disgusted with the lack of service from Robert Bailey, if he feels he needs to hide and not deal with customers why is he in the position he is in, I was in the store shopping and two people asked to speak to him and he refused to have anything to do with them but instead smirked and waved them off, is this how sport check handles customers? If this is sort checks idea of good customer service you may want to review and change a few thing, Robert Bailey has zero customer service skills ,it is very unorofessional to act in the manner that he did today and I will not support sport check with my business again,
