Dr. Cross was spectacular with our cat during his final days and minutes. She was genuine, honest and very accommodating. Putting our old boy down was the hardest choice we have ever made but she and the staff couldn't have shown any more compassion and care. Thank you all for what you do. We will definitely be going to them for all our future pet's needs.

Doctor Powers and the Technicians and front end Staff at Lakewood animal hospital were a godsend for us during one of the worst days of our lives, when we had to say goodbye to our dog. They were so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and patient on that day and the days following. I cant say enough good things about how professional and caring they are. I've recently switched to here from another vet. The staff was much more friendly and knowledgeable than the two other clinics my pup has seen regularly and two others in out of town emergencies. The vet was able to explain things to make me comfortable and was proactive in finding the best approach and timing that was best for my dog but also worked for the family finances. I usually walk out of a vet upset over a large estimate, this time, I was confident and happy for the first time ever despite the price tag.
