I highly recommend this company. A few years ago they Installed all new furnace, ducting and AC. Excellent company! Just handled a service call for me top notch!!!
I called these guys because my water heater was giving me issues. Their tech shows up and resets the heater and it starys working. He hangs around for almost 3 hours telling me he doesn't know what the problem is and i should call again if it happened again. I just didnt understand why he had to hang for 3 hrs and charge me 400 to tell me he doesn't know whats wrong. Poor service.
The individual calling out to inquire about bill payment was shockingly rude.Prior to inquiring whether she was even speaking to the correct individual, she began her inquiry with "why haven't you paid your bill?!".There should never be the occasion to treat past customers with the kind of disrespect that was experienced today.We have now experienced poor maintenance service, as well as extremely poor customer service from this company.
After a lot of problems and some serious issues with their supplier both eventually made things right with me. They have some excellent installers and super ladies working in the office. Hope your experience is different.
On behalf of my sister, here is a review for Aquarius.They installed a new furnace for my sis. Whoever installed the furnace, took a shortcut, and hooked up the exhaust vent to the vertical ducts going up and out of the old chimney. During this extremely cold weather snap, the brand new furnace cuts out due to ice blockage on the exhaust vent on the roof. My sister had the same plumber back tonight to remedy the situation, and told my sister that the previously existing duct system had too many bends in it, so he just ran the exhaust up and out of the chimney, instead of out of the side of the house, which is CODE. Utterly unprofessional, and is causing my sis a world of problems. Would not recommend.
