We have used sterling for our new house and a rental. Out of most of the companies that we have worked with they are one of the few that stand by their work. Some of what was done in our house was difficult due to the size and never once did I hear sorry cant fix that its passed the warranty! Any time weve called they have been professional and great to work with regardless the size of the job. It is hard to find that any more. I am a maintenance guy and work for a rental property. Over the last 4 years i have personally used sterling again and again for the hardest plumbing issues. Every time they have been very friendly and quick to get to the issues at hand. A special shout out to Eric a service employee, whos knowledge and intuition for troubleshooting problems are outstanding to say the least. He has continuously provided top level service and information. I would recommend sterling and give them a 5 star review.
