Wow! We are so impressed with the professionalism of the workers but also how personable they were. Totally will recommend there work. The end result looks amazing! We were not impressed that they were called off the job for a few days but they did come back on Monday rather than Tuesday as what was communicated to them originally. The other thing we were not impressed about was Dallas said the cheque would not be cashed until the work was completed and it was! We were away so it ended up incorporating 3 NSF cheques which could have been avoided if as per agreed upon you would call prior to cashing as well as it wouldn't be cashed until the job was done.
I was looking to replace my water heater and after much research decided to rent from Reliance MacKenzie. So very happy I did! Their service was excellent!!Christina came to my home and was so knowledgeable and helpful. She always got back to me promptly whenever I called with further queries. Stefan, the technician, was prompt, even arriving early on the appointment day. He was courteous, knowledgeable, diligent, as well as patient in answering all my questions. Great service. They came the next morning after my call and were on time and quickly fixed the natural gas problem and serviced the water heater. Luke was very pleasant and did a great job. I am very happy with their service.
