Had a professional guy named Aaron show up to fix my tub. He worked fast and was great about explaining what he was doing. I only ended up having to pay the minimum charge in the end. Very satisfied with the service.
The gentleman showed up in a timely manner and was very friendly. I was told $140 plus tax to clear our our sewer line. There was a crack found in the joint that is near the front of the house. For some reason he puttered with trying to get threw it, but the crack wouldnt let him so I only got half my line cleaned out and was charged $225. Its definitely not his fault I had a crack in the line.....however I called Dukes, Told them what happened....they finished cleaning the line out all the way to the street for free for me, with no issues, they said they used an extendor so they didnt even need to go in to the front line that had a crack. We then asked Dukes to fix the crack and all is good. I wont be calling Roto Rooter agin since this is my second bad experience with them.

had a sewer backup, insurance said call roto rooter, they were in my basement for an hour and "roooted" me out of $250 Great company to call if you have a money tree clogging your sewer...you were warned
