Good response times and quick service. A bit on the pricey side for some of the services though. We had just taken possession of our house, and unfortunately the water heater died 3 days after. Town and Country was able to take the annual servicing visit we had scheduled and turn it into a quick service call, which we appreciated.Interestingly though - this would be the 4th water heater in 8 years at the house. We asked if that was normal, or if there was an underlying cause - told, "These things just happen sometimes." which leads me to wonder if they're truly interested in fixing root causes instead of patching the problem for more business.EDIT: Thank you for the response and taking my concerns to heart. The info below is definitely helpful - the service manager was the individual who had left us the message RE: 'these things just happen.' Perhaps there was a follow-up planned - but we didn't hear back any further (and there was no follow-up number left to call back). He had also indicated that despite having the work order - he could not share any information about previous work done at the house. We did end up getting it all worked out though, so thank you!
First time I used this company and definitely will use them again if needed! Appointment time was honoured, had a call from the office that they were on their way. Taylor introduced himself and had excellent customer service, answered all my questions. Payment was quick and easy and had my receipt in my email before he left! Kudos Town and Country!!
Amazing experience! Tammy was awesome, from the quote through to install. The guys that came out to install the furnace & service the A/C (I think Dillion was the main guy) were tremendous. Recommend Town & Country in a heartbeat.
We just moved to Regina and had our gas bbq connection installed, furnace and hot water heater serviced, and ducts cleaned. Had a new daikin furnace installed today. Customer service was great and the install techs also did a great job. The furnace has only run for a few hours now and so far it seems to be functionally exceptionally well.
