A very professional company to deal with. Oren took a lot of time to thoroughly go through what was all required to install both a new furnace and first-time central air unit. He answered all my questions that I had during my research (was also very patient) and made sure not to oversell us. Made some great recommendations. The pricing came in very competitive (much cheaper than the 'big' companies). On install day, they worked a very long 12 hrs to get both installed and even took extra time when I wanted to add a vinyl mounting block for all the pipes to exit the house through instead of just running through the vinyl siding. He made sure to set up the 2-stage thermostat for us, and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company and they will be the ones I call to service the units when needed.
Amazing people to deal with. Oren was incredible. He troubleshooted over the phone and came out when it was convenient for me which was later in the day. He was bang on with what he figured the issue was. He replaced the part right away and my AC is back to working like a charm! Much appreciated. Thank you.
Called in stating what my issue is and what I tried. The gentleman told me he thinks he knows what and to try this. Told me what to try, fixed problem immediately with out a service call or charge. Absolutely amazing customer service, won't hesitate to call them or recommend any time. Definitely seem trustworthy seeing as how this could have easily been a couple hundred dollar charge. So impressed.
I phoned first thing in the morning inquiring about an AC install, Oren came out a few hours later to look at the existing set up and assess what was needed, and within 24 hours the new AC unit was installed! Oren was very friendly and knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and clearly takes pride in his work and the business. The 2 guys that did the install were professional and polite and got it done very quickly on one of the hottest days of the year without complaining.
