The fellows at Arrow are topnotch. I had them rewire my basement and bring it up to code. They were excellent about working around my schedule and were the only ones who provided an in depth quote. I highly recommend them for any work
A big shout-out to Ron Z. from Arrow for coming to our office three hours earlier than he thought he could possibly make it to help us out on a -30 day in January. Our workplace furnace quit over the weekend and we arrived to find it was 4C degrees in our office. Not good. Ron quickly figured out what the problem was, dashed back to the shop to grab the parts he needed, and saved the day before our pipes burst. Three cheers for Ron!
Professionals and consistent in their good service.One thing I have to mention is that throughout the time I made business with them, they never continue with the job unless in agreement with the home owner.Furthermore, if they could provide support for the home owner in order to spare him/her the cost of a call out they will do so.Will definitely continue to do business with them.
My Mother had an issue with her furnace not working, but by the time Ron got there the furnace had started again. He did not charge her for the call. Then two weeks later the same thing happened, this time it was serious and the furnace needed replacing. This happened on a Sunday. Ron came very quickly, decided it couldn't be fixed because of the age of the furnace and no availability of parts. He went to his office, brought a loaner part and heaters Incase the part didn't work..thankfully it did..and got her through a stat holiday until they could come and replace the furnace. From the time this started, through to the completion of the work, their whole staff, whether office or technical, did such a great job. They were very kind and treated her with such respect and went over and above there job to help her, she being in her 90's. I would give 10 stars if that was available. We have also had them do work for us and again great work. Thank you so much for being so great. I will recommend you to everyone. I own a business and I know there can be a lot of negativity on social media. Businesses like this need to be told how awesome they are whenever possible. Thank you again for your great service.
Arrow Plumbing and Heating are amazing! They were at my house in less then 3 hours when I had no heat in the dead of winter. Quick diagnosis and fixing. The man who came to my house was very friendly and professional. He even gave me a few tips on how to read the blinking lights on my furnace and minor maintenance tips to keep my furnace working well in between servicing. I would recommended this company.
