Felt overcharged for a service that should have cost half the cost and half the time, had the technician been prepared for what was needed to be done which I had informed ahead of time during the booking. There is no transparency on costs of services that should cost the same everytime if it is a cost for a service, or transparency for the cost for the time. Even though it seemed like a good job was done, I still felt excessively overcharged.
Great work, had a small backup when my washerwas draining. Was booked in same day I called, tech was very courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly. I was given options and quotes and wasn't pressured to get services I didn't need. Was handy to see all the quotes and final bill on the ipad. Got the line rooted out promptly. Thanks.
There guys were great. I admit to having low expectation as a result of my experience with others but they called back quickly after I filled on the on-line request for service. The technican turned up on time and was polite, knowledgeable and dogged in his attempts to resolve my problem. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We have had Mr. Rooter doing our plumbing for many years and have always had prompt, friendly and efficient service. They just finished replacing our sewer lines under the house. This can leave a huge mess, but the crew took the time to clean up the mess with all their own mops, brooms and vacuum cleaners. The front yard was put back to the original condition that we had started with.
