I booked an appointment a week ago and called to confirm it in the morning. After confirming the appointment at 8:30 a.m., Regina plumbing and heating emailed me at 10:30 to say they wouldn't be able to make it. I took the day off from work. I would not recommend!!!
I've contacted them twice now for renovation work. They are very quick and responsive and definitely care about their customer service. Will be using their services again in the future!
