Not a terrible location but the hotel certainly did not match the pictures or what I expected from a Ramada. Run down and peeling wallpaper, dirty bathroom and stained sheets. A no-frills hotel can be done well, but compromising on cleanliness and upgrades will only work for so long. Would not recommend.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities wete clean and kept up. I was attending a professional event and the breakfast, lunch and snacks were all very good, and a good selection of food was provided to meet the needs of all persons in attendance!
The worst experience Ive ever had. Of my two night stay I ended up having to pay to go elsewhere of the nights because basic things like hot water wasn't provided and the front desk advised there was nothing they could do about it until the next morning. And when I talked to them about kt they said they would have someone call back as soon as possible and Im still waiting.
Was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was and how professional the staff was. Front desk handled the huge crowd that was checking in before a Rider's game very efficiently. Our room was newly renovated, clean and had a super comfortable bed! We ordered an appetizer platter from room service, it came to our room very quickly and was very tasty. All the staff we came across smiled or had a pleasant comment. The Lounge was a nice place to have a drink and visit with friends. Breakfast was great and our waitress had a great sense of humor. Only disappointed was that we didn't have time to experience the pool (spa) area. The hotel is a great value for a downtown location.
My friend had a wedding here and it was great. I can't remember what room it was in. Northern something. All the rooms are named after trees. The staff was very friendly. Great night.
