I had a good stay at this Autograph Collection Hotel which is in a historical building with lots of updates! My room was very spacious & comfortable and I was taken care of by the staff but the stand-up shower is odd with half of the glass wall panel only covering half of the shower so some water did get out on the floor but thankfully it wasn't a lot of water so it wasn't slippery

Beautiful historic hotel. Huge suites and rooms. Great lobby bar - make sure you have a smoked old fashion.

Summer Saturday: Entered to bar area with past experiences being lovely and staff friendly. First impressions of waitress was of an unfriendly, overly smiley, pretentious individual. A wedding service entered hotel and we were not given notice of the bar going from 2 people to over 50 as they were holding a cocktail hour there. Service worsened we had to wait 45 minutes- 1 hour for our food after we indicated to them we had been waiting a long time and would like to leave because of the crowded atmosphere. Almost stood up to leave but they lucky brought food just as we contemplated. Normally would recommend but will not be returning after this awful experience. I would give 0 stars if possible.

The staff here are incredible and helped make my trip. You can definitely tell a difference in staff morale. Sure the hotel is beautiful but most important : comfortable bed and pillows, clean, friendly staff. What I didnt like : the business centre I had many difficulties and its more of a hallway then a room. Only stools. However Gloria B helped me with everything I needed. Shes the BEST. So thankful for her!!

I get it. Youre a historical hotel and you dont need to be ADA or disability access compliant if you dont do stairs well then avoid this place like its harboring the plague. Its quaint and has nice rooms but the hallway on the sixth floor reeks of deep fried foods, which usually means the kitchen is directly adjacent to an elevator. There are no commercial-free television stations. There is an over priced restaurant so put your walking shoes on and find some good, affordable food nearby. It wasnt bad but there are many more option or bang for your buck in this city.
