The amenities are good. But staff is pushy to get you in and out. Wake up to a bill. Cleaners came 945am check out is 11 am. At the breakfast just about to sit down and they are demanding your coupon. Felt very rushed the whole time to get out. Didn't feel very welcoming.
Such a well run facility from the front desk staff to the maintenance personal. Has everything... meeting and banquet space, pub, restaurant... excellent food, meticulous rooms, pool and Water Park for the kids, not to mention easy access and superb location in the city. The kitchen and catering staff are the best in the city. I have attended several events and functions and am always greeted with a hello and a smile. Not sure what it is but these folks go out their way take care of your needs.
Attended a wedding upstairs in the hall. The venue was perfect and bright. Every staff member was professional and very friendly. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the bartenders put mix in the drink before the alcohol so I had to stir it. Also the midnight launch of pizza was gross and burnt. Overall very good experience though!
I booked a room at the Travelodge for a corporate event and their team was fantastic. Jocelyn was super accommodating and helped me get everything in order. Rene was amazing and so helpful during the event when I realized I had forgotten to order something I needed. Definitely would recommend this venue and great team!
Great service. Poolside rooms are pricey but the kids love them. The bar has a great selection of draft beer and wines. The restaurant maybe not so much remember to order light cheese and easy on the Caesar salad dressing if you order pizza or Caesar salad! A special shout-out to Coriss and Elizabeth for super excellent service!
