Recent stay here and rooms are new and clean but woke up in the middle of the night to turn loud fan off but couldnt off the thermostat. So figured no big deal and went to grab a cold glass of water as no complementary bottle water was offered but the taps only pumped out hot water. When I called down to the front desk they told me to let the taps run for five minutes to cool water down or I could go down to front desk to purchase a bottle of water. Great example of how not to service a customer in your hotel. Ill be driving past this hotel on my next visit to Regina.
The Residence Inn by Marriott is located next to the Pasqua Hospital on the west side of Regina. Park is not free, at the time of my stay it cost $6.50 per day. The rooms are like studio apartments. Almost a full kitchen. Large fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, stove, dishwasher, and eating bar. Bathroom is also large with a great shower. Bus stop is located right o. Front of the hotel. You can get anywhere you want easily. A liquor store is located in the parking lot and a few stores across the street, but nothing major close by. Now the big question, Noise! We didn't hear a thing from other rooms or hallway. Being next to a hospital there was an a ambulance siren once in the 2 days. The pool area is tiny and shallow with a small water slide. Overall would stay again.
I had an awesome visit. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean. We were lucky to have the pool to ourselves a few times and we had so much fun.
The stay there was excellent. The room we had was very spacious, modern. The staff there were excellent. They were very friendly and always willing to assist if needed.Also if you are needing to be at the Pasqua hospital it is a short walk.
Great location. Nice and spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchenette. Thanks for the wonderful stay! Just be aware, parking is extra at $6.50 per night as of at time of review.
