Checked in at 8:30 after 10 hours on the highway. Greeted by a parking lot full of loiterers. Picked this hotel specifically for the hot tub, went to use it and the pool room was occupied by 5-6 unaccompanied kids screaming and running around the pool. Went back upstairs to call the front desk, who then instead of answering, put me on hold 5 times for at least 3 minutes each time. Walked down to the front desk to speak to somebody in person, and the staff were sitting at the desk playing on their phones. Room was clean enough, but our stay was far from relaxing. Oh, and the crowd of people who were loitering at check in were now playing baseball in a crowded parking lot at 10pm.
I stayed at this hotel for work and overall was satisfied with my stay. They don't have central air in the room and the little AC units in the room was quite loud. When I checked in, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, so I turn the AC on and left the room for a while as it cooled down a bit. The loud AC kept me awake both nights I was here. The bed, while it looked super comfy was actually quite soft, to the point where in really struggled getting a good night's sleep. The couch and desk are good to get some work done. There's no breakfast included with the room, but there's a Denny's attached to the room and I ate lunch there and enjoyed it. There's easy access to get on the main road from the side road and there's tons of stores and places to eat across the road. Would recommend this for other travelers!
Attended a wedding. Banquet room itself was very nice. Buffet was set up across the hallway which allowed for more room to move around and get your meal. Gazebo available outside for ceremony and pictures.
Was there for a professional event! The food and service was prompt and professional. Space was spacious, sound system was on par. Would recommend booking for events.
The front desk was very polite when checking in. The bed was very comfortable. The upsetting part was regarding their bath shower; it only had scalding hot water no matter which way you adjusted the knob. When I called the front desk they told me their handyman didn't come in until 7am (too late for when I had to leave). No discount was applied for the shower being broken. Not a great visit for me.
