This was an unexpected stay in Regina and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us - mostly by extending our stay on a daily basis. Hotel was easily accessed in a quiet area of the city. Cant say enough about the staff and their assistance in all aspects. Also were impressed with hotel and improvements made to these Best Western Plus franchises..
Nice hotel at the city's east edge. I've stayed here multiple times and have always found the staff great and friendly. Check in /out is simple and never a hassle. Breakfast is great as well. Easy access from the number 1 highway. Great modern rooms with very comfy beds. I will be back.
This is the 2nd time we stayed here. First time we had a King bedroom. This time we had 2 Queen bed rooms...Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others. We held our daughter's birthday here... rooms were spacious/ staff was very helpful and accomodating/ and the kids had the pool to themselves most of the time. Only downfall was the wait for enough food to be prepped/ avail at breakfast rush...Will definitely be back
We stayed here for two nights in a pet friendly room with kitchenette. Overall it was great! Rooms were well equipped and modern, and the front desk service was exceptional. They even provided a bag of treats and canned food for my cat, which made us feel very welcome.
The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. I had to pay an extra $20 for a king size bed, but the room was smaller than the one with two queens. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. There was also a pool and hot tub but we didn't use them.
