Nice and close to Highway 1, with plenty of restaurants close by if you want. Rooms are decent if not a little dated. Shower was great though. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Make your own waffles, fresh sausages eggs with an assortment of extras. Well done.
Have no issues with the hotel room. Love that you get a fridge and microwave. Location is perfect if you're just passing through Regina for a night or two as it's right off the Trans-Canada highway. Continental breakfast is also very good. Only issue is my mom brought a special, expensive pillow with her for the trip as she has trouble sleeping without it. After leaving the next day, we realized we had forgot it in the hotel room. We were about 4 hours away at this point, so we called to ask them to get the pillow for us as we would be driving through Regina in 5 days and could pick it up. Turns out the pillow disappeared. We aren't sure if staff took it or it somehow got lost with other pillows although the pillow case looks different and it would be hard to lose it with the pure white pillows they use. Nonetheless it was never found and my mom was out an expensive, needed pillow. Unfortunate.
Comfort inn is listed as a two star budget hotel but was awesome! Looks like it was recently renovated. Everything was super clean and maintained. Rooms were updated and spotless. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast had hot food in addition to the regular staples. Staff was friendly and helpful. And the price for a Saturday before a labour day classic game was super reasonable. Would for sure stay again.
Great location. Right across from the hotel are stores for your needs. Comfortable beds and rooms but allows light which can disrupt sleep. Very helpful staff, needed direction for the place I needed to go and could not find it on Google Maps because it was a new building. The receptionist pointed me to the general area of where it could be and I found it in no time. Also great free breakfast in the morning. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this any one who needs a place to stay for the night in Regina.
We found our stay to be pleasant overall. The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom sink was partially blocked. The free hot breakfast was not very good.
