Finished our travelling earlier in the day than expected and was still able to check in to the hotel and relax, which was nice. We were told this hotel was near a bad area but didn't see anything that seemed dangerous. We didn't eat anything so I can't say much about the food but they did have a bar area and a pleasant water feature. The hotel room was clean and had all the amenities we expected and more. Multiple places gave the owners information where we could reach out with a suggestion or problem. Every staff member I dealt with was helpful and polite, and the other guests weren't too loud despite it being the night of a Rough Rider game, lol. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here.
Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Shout out to Nadia who is awesome at her job. The waitress in the lounge (who has been there for many, MANY years) is fantastic. Great food and drinks. The elevator... terribly slow.
We go to this hotel every year for the labour day classic riders game. And we keep going back. Always happy with it. Comfortable beds, nice rooms. Only issue is with the elevators. There aren't enough and they fill quickly so you end up waiting awhile sometimes, but only sometimes. Unless you want to walk the 16+ stories
Super great service quick and efficient check in. The parkade was a little confusing but they were able to figure everything out for me easily. Bed was extremely comfy. I never have good sleeps in hotel rooms but I did not want to leave that bed. Rooms were very clean with lots of space. Beautiful hotel. Would visit again!
The king suite we stayed in was beautifully re done and the rooms were huge. We stayed with our family of 5 and never felt cramped. Staff was friendly. The pool was a little chilly but the kids loved the water slide. The breakfast buffet was had good food and made to order items. We will definitely return!
